OUR CLIENTS
BUSINESSES- Our office works with businesses on temporary and permanent employment visa options for their employees and prospective employees. We also advise employers on I-9, LCA, and PERM compliance matters.
UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES
- Our office works on behalf of universities and colleges as outside immigration counsel. On their behalf, we work to obtain temporary and permanent visas for their faculty and staff. We also serve as a referral source for their students and scholars who need individualized immigration advice and representation.
MEDICAL FACILITIES AND HOSPITALS- Our office works with medical facilities and hospitals located in Indiana and Michigan on immigration compliance issues and work to obtain temporary and permanent visas on behalf of their physicians, nurses, other medical professionals, and staff.
RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS
- Our office works on behalf of religious organizations and churches on temporary and permanent religious worker visas. We also serve as a referral source for their members who require immigration advice and assistance.

- Our office represents foreign nationals to include research scientists and physicians with extraordinary ability seeking to qualify in the extraordinary, exceptional, outstanding or national interest categories for temporary and permanent visa options.
- We represent foreign nationals seeking U.S. legal residency and those seeking relief in removal proceedings (deportation).
- Our office represents U.S. legal residents seeking U.S. citizenship (naturalization) or seeking to sponsor a spouse or child (unmarried minor or adult) for a family immigrant visa.
- We represent U.S. citizens wishing to sponsor a spouse, fiance(e), parent, child (minor or adult, single or married), or sibling for a family immigrant visa.
- Finally, our office handles most immigration related waivers, motions, and appeals required by the U.S. courts or a government agency.
